General
Conditions to booking:
In order to legalize our service contract, both parties
shall fulfill the following conditions:
1. When both parties have agree the final schedule of
your trip, we will send you the total amount to be paid.
2. We require a prepayment minimum of 50% of the total
amount to be paid with 30 days previous your arrival to Peru.
3. If you pay 100% of your settlement of payment in
advance, you will have an additional discount of 8% of the total
amount to be paid.
4. When you arrive to Lima, we will provide you all
flight tickets for internal routes, and the service vouchers corresponding
to the accommodation services ( hotels) , tours and/or additional
services.
5. All travelers and/or passengers of our company will
have an assistance service worldwide. According to your stay in
Peru, our company will provide travelers an identification document,
except you have previously informed that have acquired a similar
system abroad.
6. All travelers and/or passengers of our company will
have a daily free (1)hour of Internet in Lima and Cuzco. We will
provide them the corresponding tickets for such service.
7. Subsequently, you shall pay the outstanding balance
of your settlement of payment under ways of your convenience such
us credit card, traveler's checks or cash.
8. You shall inform the change or cancellation of any
service established in the final schedule of your trip with a minimum
of 15 days previous your arrival to Peru in order to issue a new
settlement of payment, otherwise the money will not be returned.

9. If
we make a change or cancellation of any service established in the
final schedule of your trip without previous notice, it will be by
reasons off bad weather or flight cancellation. In this case, we will
return the money before your departure of your country.
10. Meanwhile you stay in our country, our company guarantee
to provide you all personal attention by giving a free Internet service,
as well as an assistance card for travelers for your personal security.
11. Once you have defined your trip, we will elaborate
our service contract in which we will detail all services to be provided.
Both parties shall agree such service contract. We will also attach
the final schedule of your trip.
